I wasn't thrilled. the air conditioning was practically nonexistent, made sleeping tough. the gym was small. It only had two treadmills. staff weren't all that helpful when i asked about it, they just shrugged.

The guest relations were helpful.

The rooms were in poor condition with peeling paint, and some mold was present, it was unpleasant. The food quality was a major issue. There was a lack of variety, and much of it tasted reheated. I had some sickness as a result of the food served.

The indoor pool was very enjoyable. Fitness equipment was also great. Staff members were helpful and accommodating during a busy period. I particularly appreciated being given the Duplex Family Suitewith more space and comfort. It.

The minibar was not refilled every day. This was inconvenient. It would be beneficial if this service was more consistent.
